Air Purifiers Warranty

All our portable air purifier come with a full 10 year *conditional warranty from date of purchase

Installed systems have a 15 year conditional warranty.

FILTER CARTRIDGES 

Cartridges are warranted on a prorated basis from the purchase date plus shipping and handling. To replace your cartridge sooner, for any reason, you may pay a minimum charge of 25% (3 months usage) of the retail price of the cartridge. After that your cartridge is prorated, plus shipping and handling.

* The cartridge must be replaced on expiry with a genuine CanAm Wellness cartridge to maintain your warranty.

If for any reason within the 10 year warranty we cannot provide the cartridge for your purifier, we will replace your unit at no cost for a similar or better model.

Full Hazard Warranty

In addition to the Warranty, CanAm Wellness agrees to replace all or any piece of your water purifier if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed by fire, flood, storm, earthquake or misuse, for one half of the retail purchase price at the time of replacement.

*This warranty does not apply to any part or component that has been subject to misuse, neglect or altered in any such way that it’s performance is affected.

*To receive the full warranty you must replace your CanAm Wellness Water Purification System with a genuine CanAm Wellness certified product at the proper replacement period, generally every one to two years.

NOTE: International shipments may incur additional charges.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your unit, you may return it within 30 days in the original packaging for a volume credit for the value of what you purchased. The credit can be applied any time in the future towards any product of your choice. As we are not a retail store we do not offer cash refunds.
